Arthis.Land is run by one person, so there is one address and it is read by a human. Email is the only channel — there is no contact form here, because a form that quietly drops messages is worse than no form at all.
This is a small independent project, so a reply usually takes one to three working days. Anything that affects whether the site or a room is usable gets looked at first.
What to write about
- Report a room. Send the room's address on the wall and say what is wrong with it. Rooms that break the terms of use get removed.
- Copyright. If something here uses your work without permission, name the exact page or room and tell us what it is. These are dealt with promptly.
- Privacy. Requests about data, or to have a room of yours taken down, go to the same address. See the privacy policy.
- Bugs. A room that will not load, a wall that jumps, a download that fails. Tell us your browser and device — the room viewer is a WebGL build and behaves differently across them.
- Drops and floors. Questions about when rooms open next.
- Advertising. If an ad on this site looks misleading or inappropriate, send a screenshot and we will report it to the network.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a room you deleted, and we cannot restore work lost inside the Land Room Maker application — it runs on your computer and we have no copy of it.
