By using arthis.land you accept the terms below. They are short, because most of this site is a wall you can look at for free.

Using the site

Arthis.Land is free to browse. You may explore the wall, walk through any room, read the documentation and download the paper models for personal, non-commercial use, without registering and without paying. You may link to any page here.

Rooms you publish

If you build and publish a room, you keep ownership of what you made. By publishing it you give us permission to store it, display it on the wall and show it to anyone who visits — which is the entire point of publishing it.

You are responsible for what you put in a room. That means:

• Only publish images and content you made or have the right to use.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that harasses or targets a person.
• No impersonation of another person, project or brand.
• No malware, phishing links or anything designed to mislead a visitor into clicking something harmful.

A room that breaks these rules can be removed without notice. If you believe a room infringes your rights, write to akversebusiness@gmail.com with the room's address and we will look at it.

What you may not do

• Copy, redistribute, resell or republish the site, its artwork or its source code, in whole or in part.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or overload the site or the room database.
• Frame or embed the site in a way that misrepresents who operates it.
• Interfere with, obscure, or artificially click or generate impressions on advertisements displayed here.

The Land Room Maker download

Land Room Maker is provided free of charge for personal use in designing rooms for this city. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Download it only from this site — a build from anywhere else is not ours and we cannot vouch for what is inside it.

Rooms, drops and availability

Rooms are released in limited waves. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular room, floor or drop will be available at a particular time, or at all. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and dates described anywhere on this site are intentions rather than commitments.

Intellectual property

The Arthis.Land name, the city, the artwork, the written content and the branding on this site belong to Arthis.Land, except for rooms published by their own creators and anything explicitly credited otherwise.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising served by Google and other partners. We do not control which advertisements appear, and their presence is not an endorsement. If you see an advertisement here that looks misleading or inappropriate, report it and we will pass it on.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and every room reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The room viewer is a large WebGL build and will not run well on every device or browser.

Liability

The site, the rooms and the downloads are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arthis.Land is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including loss of a room, of published content, or of work done in the Land Room Maker application.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version, which will always be published on this page.
